Antes que nada quiero decirle que a principio del mes de mayo del 2008, alguien se examinó y según el, le dijeron que las personas que no contestaran la pregunta “A quién debe llamar usted si no recibe una tarjeta de información de votante (a voter information card),” no pasaba el examen.  La respuesta para ésta pregunta es “Elections Canada.”
